Please ensure that all items are returned in the original packaging and with the packing note. You can download the returns form here. and send your returns back to the following address: Mondelez Returns, BTC House, 9 Millington Road, Hayes, UB3 4AZ. It is your responsibility to ensure that any returns arrive safely, we cannot be held responsible for returns that do not arrive, therefore we recommend that you use Royal Mail Special Delivery or a courier service that will require a signature upon delivery.

All exchanges/refunds must be returned within 14 days from date on the packing note. We will be unable to process any orders sent back after this time and the item(s) will be returned to you. Please clearly write on the returns form if you require a refund or exchange. If exchanging clothing, please specify the size required. We are unable to process phone orders.

Shipping will be charged centrally to head office.

Unfortunately for tracking purposes we cannot deliver to PO boxes.

Your order will be dispatched within 3 working days to the address you have specified if the item/size you have selected is in stock.

If you have ordered footwear they will come in a separate delivery.
